What is Commish?
Commish is a commission tracking platform built for B2B SaaS sales teams. It replaces error-prone spreadsheets with real-time dashboards, automated calculations, and complete transparency — so every rep can see exactly how their commissions are calculated, down to the cent.
Key Concepts
Organizations — Your company workspace. All team members, plans, and deals live under one organization.
Compensation Plans — The rules that determine how reps earn commissions. Commish supports percentage-of-revenue, tiered, flat-fee, and hybrid plan types with accelerators, ramp schedules, and SPIFFs.
Deals — Individual sales transactions. Reps submit deals (or they sync from your CRM), and Commish automatically calculates the commission based on the assigned plan.
Roles — Every user has a role: Admin, Rep, Manager, or Finance. Each role sees a tailored dashboard with the information they need.
