Dashboard Overview
Your rep dashboard is your home base in Commish. It gives you real-time visibility into your commissions, quota attainment, and deal history.
Key Sections
Earnings Summary
At the top of your dashboard, you'll see:
- Total Earnings (Period) — Your total commissions for the current quota period
- Quota Attainment — Percentage of quota achieved, with a visual progress bar
- Pacing — Whether you're ahead or behind pace to hit quota
- Projected Earnings — Estimated total if you maintain your current pace
Recent Deals
A list of your most recent deals showing:
- Deal name and amount
- Commission earned
- Status (Pending, Approved, Paid)
- Date submitted
Active Comp Plan
A summary of your current compensation plan including:
- Base rate and plan type
- Accelerator tiers and your current tier
- Ramp status (if applicable)
- Active SPIFFs you're eligible for
Earnings Over Time
A chart showing your commission earnings over the past 6–12 months, helping you spot trends and compare periods.
Understanding Deal Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Deal submitted, awaiting admin approval |
| Approved | Deal approved, commission calculated |
| Paid | Commission has been marked as paid |
| Rejected | Deal was rejected — check notes for reason |
| Disputed | You've filed a dispute on this deal |
Tip: Click on any deal to see the full commission breakdown — base rate, modifiers, accelerator tier, and final amount.
