Submitting a Deal

If your organization uses manual deal submission (rather than CRM auto-sync):

  • Click "Submit Deal" from your dashboard
  • Fill in the deal details:

- Deal name — The account or opportunity name

- Deal amount — Total contract value

- Deal type — New Business, Renewal, Expansion, etc.

- Close date — When the deal was closed

- Any custom fields your admin has configured

  • Click Submit

Your deal enters Pending status and will be reviewed by an admin.

CRM-Synced Deals

If your organization connects HubSpot or Salesforce, deals sync automatically when they reach the "Closed Won" stage in your CRM. You don't need to submit manually — just close deals in your CRM as usual.

Synced deals appear on your dashboard with the commission already calculated.

Managing Your Deals

Viewing Deal Details

Click any deal on your dashboard to see:

  • Full commission breakdown (base rate × deal amount × modifiers)
  • Which accelerator tier this deal fell into
  • Any applicable SPIFF bonuses
  • Approval history and notes

Editing a Pending Deal

If a deal is still in Pending status, you can edit it:

  • Click on the deal
  • Click "Edit"
  • Update the fields
  • Re-submit
Warning: Once a deal is Approved, it cannot be edited. If you believe there's an error, file a dispute instead.

Filtering Deals

Use the filters above your deal list to view:

  • Deals by status (Pending, Approved, Paid, etc.)
  • Deals by date range
  • Deals by type
